This course provides learners with an overview of the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) method.  PDSA is a four-stage problem-solving model used for improving a process or carrying out change. The prescribed method of PDSA will allow students to systematically tackle improvement projects by breaking down the task into steps and then evaluating the outcome.
