  • Although there are more commercial payor programs than will be presented in this course, this course will focus on the outcomes of two major programs: Highmark Quality Blue, UnitedHealthcare Hospital Performance Based Compensation (HPBC), and UPMC Health Plan Hospital Partners programs. As UPMC expands, additional commercial payor quality incentive programs may be added.
