This module is part one in the Clinical Practice Access Redesign Workshop. In your step-by step journey you will learn how to review and clean-up your scheduling tools in order to streamline the scheduling process. The cycle of learning combines virtual on-line learning and virtual workshops to share your experiences, challenges, and barriers with your clinical practice colleagues.  Improving patient access requires a phased template clean-up prior to implementation of additional best practices.

* Registration for any course within the Clinical Patient Access Coursework must be approved by Wolff Learning Academy. Approvals occur throughout the day, most often occurring the day of registration (Monday – Friday). An automated email will be sent to the learner when course registration has been approved.
