Successful completion of this curriculum requires asynchronous course completion and attending a quarterly live workshop occurring on the class date for which the learner registers.

This course is designed to assist managers and leaders of UPMC hospitals outside of the UPMC Central PA Region in understanding the concepts of A Just Culture by providing exercises to facilitate understanding and application of Just Culture principles into daily operations. By completing this virtual course and attending a facilitated Just Culture session participants are aligning with UPMC's values and providing a safer place for that patients of UPMC to receive care and employees to work.
